BIOGRAPHY

My name is Michal Karniely, I am an Artist and a Musician.

In my work I combine all my passions into one main medium- Videos.

Through my creations, I seek to explore my inner world and personal connections in the outside world. 

My genres of creations are varied- between fiction (combining green screen and special effects) to documentary works, and in some cases I create videos that combine the documentary and the fiction.

I have also been working on the subject of the Holocaust. Derived from my family's connection to it, I started exploring my own way of connecting. I have created several videos around the subject and photography projects.

​

I have a Bachelors degree in video arts from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, from the department of screen based arts. 

I am currently studying in the Jazz department n the Music Academy in Jerusalem.

In these days I work to create a combination between music and Photography + Video - Arts.
